Paintball Hertfordshire advises that paintball participants wear gloves (available for purchase) and walking boots (although trainers are adequate) and suitable comfortable clothing, worn underneath the provided ninja suits. This will provide both padding and warmth. The paintball zones are outside in a natural environment near woodlands, therefore you may get muddy and possibly wet! It is advisable to bring a change of clothes for your journey home.
